Most of our work is carried out under confidentiality agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers and hospitals, so it is not published here. Reference contacts for comparable facilities are provided on request during a tender.

How a reference check works
Published case studies are the easy way to evaluate a contractor. A phone call with somebody who has lived with the building for two years is the useful one.

Tell us the facility
Sector, classification and rough area. We match you to work of comparable type and scale rather than to whatever is most impressive.

We ask the client
References are given with the client’s agreement, which is why they are arranged rather than published. Most say yes for a serious enquiry.
- 03
You speak to them directly
Without us on the call. Ask about the programme, the documentation and what happened at re-qualification, because those are the things that separate contractors.
