AMC & Retrofit
What an AMC actually needs to cover to keep a room qualified
A maintenance contract that only covers breakdowns doesn’t keep a cleanroom in its qualified state. Here is what does.

A qualified room drifts out of qualification quietly: filters load, gaskets harden, dampers creep out of balance. None of that trips an alarm, which is why breakdown-only maintenance contracts leave rooms failing re-qualification even though nothing has ever "broken."
A maintenance scope built to hold qualification includes scheduled filter changes on a measured basis (not a calendar guess), periodic re-balancing, and a six-monthly re-qualification cycle. Not just a call-out number for when the AHU stops.
